- Incorrect Orders: The received product model, specifications, or configuration do not match the confirmed order details.
2. Return Conditions
To ensure the approval of your return request, please meet the following conditions:
- Product Condition: The product must retain its original appearance with no signs of deliberate damage (e.g., disassembly, dropping, water immersion).
- Completeness: All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and purchase invoices must be included with the return.
- Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within the following time limits:
- Product Quality Issues: Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 15 days of receipt.
- Non-Quality Issues: Return requests for non-quality reasons (e.g., incorrect purchase) must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, and the product must remain unused.

4. Return Process

- For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect purchase), shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Refund or Replacement: After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process the refund or replacement within 7 business days.
5. Special Notes
